Deep ruby red.
It presents hints of ripe red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and blackberries.
Characterised by the softness of its tannins and great persistence both on the nose and on the palate.
Ideal with mature cheeses such as Caciocavallo Podolico, Castelmagno, Provolone del Monaco; it also goes well with pasta with Bolognese sauce and white meat alla cacciatora. It also pairs perfectly with stewed meat.
