From the heart of the Langhe discover our new Dhaara wines

The Langhe and Monferrato hills are rich in history and vine-growing tradition and are homeland to one of the most prestigious and worldwide renowned red wine: Barolo. We have drawn from this unique territory our new line of Dhaara Piedmontese wines: our personal key to interpreting a region that combines an exceptional soil and microclimate with great winemaking.

The range includes three references, all three from DOCG appellations:

• Barolo: the great classic among Piedmontese reds. With a ruby-red colour and garnet reflexes, it features a bouquet of spices and dried flowers, leaving a smooth and mouth-filling finish to the palate. A wine to uncork for celebrating the most important occasions. It pairs well with game, braised veal, stewed meat.
• Barbera d'Asti: the red wine for informal dinners. Its intense ruby-red colour fills the glass and pairs with an interesting aroma of ripe plum and cherry notes that blend with hints of spices and vanilla. The pleasure of tasting it is enhanced even more by its sweet, lingering tannins.
• Gavi del Comune di Gavi: the delicate white that tickles the palate. Produced with 100% Cortese grapes, a white variety originally from Piedmont, the Gavi Dhaara has a brilliant straw yellow colour and smells of citrus fruit with floral undertones. Its mineral backbone and long finish make it the perfect pairing for sushi, grilled fish, shellfish and oysters.
