Once again this year, C&C was awarded the title of ‘Growth Champion’, the accolade given by the German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF) in collaboration with La Repubblica newspaper to the 800 Italian companies with the highest organic growth rate over the previous three years.
With an average annual growth rate of 30.21% over the three-year period from 2020 to 2023, C&C once again appears among the 800 most virtuous Italian companies, capable of increasing their turnover, creating new jobs and, ultimately, contributing to the relaunch of the economy. C&C ranks 315th overall, and 16th considering the companies in the food sector. Among the companies in the Pordenone area, we are ranked seventh, whilst within Friuli Venezia Giulia we are tenth.
The ranking, published on Monday 18 November in the newspaper's Affari & Finanza insert, was based on average annual growth, the so-called Compound Average Growth Rate, considering a particularly challenging time frame for businesses: the three-year period from 2020 to 2023, in which Italian companies had to cope with the pandemic, the crisis linked to international conflicts, and inflation.
“Growing in a difficult economic context makes us proud,” commented Gianni Coassin, Founder and Owner of C&C. “We have been able to better interpret the market at a time when many competitors were struggling. The service we guaranteed our customers was appreciated and they repaid us.”
“This growth has allowed us to make investments, such as the acquisition of a bottling plant in Parolise, Campania, and a sparkling wine production and storage plant in Valdobbiadene,” added General Manager Mattia Casati.”
