Abruzzo on hills between 150 and 300m above sea level
Intense ruby red with violet hues.
Hints of ripe red fruits such as blackberry and black cherry emerge on the nose, along with spicy notes of cocoa, vanilla, liquorice and cinnamon.
Well-structured, soft, balanced and persistent.
It pairs perfectly with meat (roasts and game), especially lamb and goat. It is perfect with pasta dishes enriched with ragout and with mature cheeses.
