The two bubblies participated in the Sparkling Wines session of the renowned Belgian competition, winning over the panel of international judges who tasted them. In particular:
- The Japo Prosecco Superiore Brut was appreciated for its roundness, freshness, and elegance; elegance expressed through its balanced mineral backbone, pleasant texture, and harmonious aroma, which combines pronounced floral notes, jasmine especially, with strong fruity hints: white and yellow-fleshed fruit, but also citrus, grapefruit, and nectarine. - Of La Casada Prosecco DOC Brut, the judges positively assessed the overall balance of the sip, the pleasant freshness of the mouthfeel, the correct length, and the lovely smoothness, recognising a complex aromatic bouquet with marked notes of pear and green apple, mixed with hints of white flower and hawthorn, blackberry, apricot, and peach, as well as a slight hints of vegetable and dried fruit.
