Japo DueGrammi sparkling wine follows the long Charmat method, which involves refermentation of the wine for a period of about 90 days. Only horizontal autoclaves are used, which allow an even distribution of yeasts, ensuring great structure and complexity to the wine. The result is an Extra Brut sparkling wine with only 2 grams of residual sugar, made from selected, hand-picked grapes from vineyards perched on the steep hills of Valdobbiadene.
