In the cold lands of South Tyrol, the strong temperature variation gives the wines a unique, rich and complex bouquet characterised by great elegance and harmony.
The varieties that best express their sophisticated character are Gewürztraminer, Müller Thurgau and Sauvignon Blanc, which feature a remarkable aromatic persistence and cleanliness to the palate. Among the red wines, we can find native varieties such as Schiava and Lagrein, and the most aristocratic grape of all: the Pinot Noir, here called Blauburgunder, which has nothing to envy to the most famed Pinot Noir produced in Burgundy. The wineries we work with in this region rely on a solid winemaking tradition and are able to converge the genuine flavour of this land into the glass.
